By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our consultation form, you agree to receive transactional and informational text messages from Nadia Moynihan, Esq. relating to your inquiry. This includes consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, follow-up questions about your matter, and case updates where applicable.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on the nature of your inquiry and the stage of your matter.
Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, as charged by your wireless carrier. Nadia Moynihan, Esq. does not charge for the SMS service itself.
Opt-out. You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
