When You Receive Texts From Us
We send SMS messages only after you provide express written consent by checking the SMS consent box on our consultation form or contact form, and submitting your mobile phone number to us. Your consent is voluntary and not a condition of receiving legal services.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the nature of your inquiry and the stage of your matter. You may receive several messages during active scheduling or a case, and fewer messages between matters.
Carriers and Costs
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your wireless carrier. Nadia Moynihan, Esq. does not charge any fee for the SMS service itself.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
