Nadia Moynihan is a distinguished attorney admitted to practice in New York, England & Wales, Singapore, and Ireland. With over 15 years of legal experience spanning four jurisdictions, she has built a reputation for delivering exceptional legal solutions across a broad range of practice areas including estate planning, divorce law and family law. Her practice has spanned multiple jurisdictions and cultures, giving her a unique perspective on the personal and legal challenges faced by individuals and families with international lives, assets, and connections.
A significant part of Nadia's practice is devoted to estate planning, an area of law she finds deeply meaningful. She works closely with individuals and families to help them protect what they have built, provide security for future generations, and ensure that their wishes and values are carried forward. Prior to focusing her practice in New York's Capital Region, Nadia served as an attorney at August Law Corporation in Singapore, where she represented corporate and private clients in complex multi-jurisdictional litigation, matrimonial disputes, employment claims, and criminal proceedings from the State Courts through to the Court of Appeal.
Today, Nadia advises individuals, families, and businesses throughout Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady, and the greater Capital Region. Clients value her thoughtful, approachable style and her commitment to providing strategic yet compassionate guidance during some of life's most important decisions.
